Handling Fees

Nsupps.com does not, under any circumstances, charge handling fees or pad our products' prices for handling! Our prices really are rock bottom.

Shipping Policies

Internet orders for in-stock products are shipped to US locations from the nearest of our inventory warehouses located throughout the US via UPS. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and shipping method chosen. We guarantee delivery of in-stock items within 5-7 business days. Most orders will be delivered in as soon as 3 days. Please note that UPS is unable to deliver to post office boxes, so please provide a physical Street Address. 

PO Box?
Help us keep our prices low!  We can request UPS re-route your package to USPS and a PO box, but it incurs substantial additional fees and will delay your package by a couple of days. If at all possible, choose a street address. If you do not have your own street address, consider a 3rd-party postal drop, your business or even a friend's.

Military orders?
Absolutely! Nsupps is proud to serve our troops. Look for discounted shipping on all Nsupps-delivered military deliveries (see note below for Powerlab products).

Internet orders received BEFORE 2:00 PM (EST)
can be shipped SAME DAY via UPS.

Internet orders received AFTER 2:00 PM (EST)
will be shipped the NEXT DAY via UPS.

Internet orders received on SATURDAY, SUNDAY or Federal holidays (US)
will be shipped on MONDAY via UPS.

Utah residents must include 6.85% sales tax.

Powerlab Shipping

Powerlab products ship directly from Powerlab Nutrition. For this reason you may see shipping charges broken out separately at checkout for Nsupps-shipped products and Powerlab products. Typically Powerlab ships within 24 business hours, but on occasion requires 48 hours.

Powerlab Nutrition does not currently ship International or PO/APO/FPO Box orders. If you're interested in Powerlab products and require an accommodation, please don't hesitate to contact us. In most cases we are more than happy to act as the intermediary and get the package to USPS for delivery to your box address! You'll want to contact us ahead of time just to be sure we can help you in your specific situation.

Return Policy

All returns must be received at Nsupps (West Jordan, Utah) within 30 days of purchase. To return product customers must login to their Nsupps account and request a return. This must be done within 10 days from when order was placed in cart.

1. Log in
2. Click on “Orders”
3. Click the order # that includes the product you wish to return
4. Click “Request a Return”
5. Select whether you want a replacement or a refund from the drop down box
6. Select the product and if applicable, the quantity you wish to return (only products within their specified return period will display here)
7. Select the reason for the return
8. Enter any comments you have and click “Return”
9. We will review the return request and reply with further instructions.

• Customers are responsible for shipping charges for products being returned due to customer error or customer dissatisfaction.
• A 10% restocking fee will be charged to all returns.
• Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner and in resalable condition.
• Closeout, discontinued or expired products may not be returned.
• No cash refunds given on return.
