Directions
Shake Tub well before use. As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (20 grams) in eight ounces of water, and consume about 30 minutes AFTER exercise or physical activity. On non-training days, mix one scoop into eight ounces of water, and consume AFTER morning or afternoon meal. FOR BEST RESULTS, use continuously for a minimum of eight weeks.
