Directions

Dark Rage: For the ultimate workout experience and peak performance, take Dark Rage 30 to 45 minutes before your workouts. Mix 1 scoop with 12 to 16 oz of water in a glass or shaker bottle. Dark Matter: Add 2 scoops to 20 oz of water in a glass or shaker bottle immediately after training. Stir or shake vigorously. Any other post-workout shake or meal may be taken 1 hour later.
