Directions for “Nsupps Performance Stack”

For best results combine 2 scoops of Dymatize’s Elite Whey Protein and 2 scoops of CytoSport’s CytoMax into 16oz of water and drink half 15 minutes before the athletic event and the other half during the event.  If needed (if athletic event was extremely strenuous and long in duration) 1 scoop of Dymatize’s Elite Whey Protein and 1 scoop of CytoSport’s CytoMax may be consumed after your athletic event to help replenish fluids and glycogen levels and to help repair and recover faster.
