Microlactin works by making the tight junctions of the blood vessels, even tighter. This in turn, significantly reduces the emigration of neutrophils to the site of inflammation (i.e. sore joints). MicroLactin vs. Regular Cow's Milk:

In addition, MicroLactin is derived from milk that is obtained from specially treated and cared for cows in New Zealand. In a clinical study proving the effects of MicroLactin on the symptoms of osteoarthritis in adults, MicroLactin beat out Glucosamine and Chondrotin.

This study used the WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index. The study took MicroLactin, Glucosamine, Placebo and compared them to Chondrotin as well. Patients receiving MicroLactin scored significantly better in all 4 categories of the WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index at weeks 2, 4 and 6 than at baseline. Patients receiving Glucosamine had slight improvement, yet MicroLactin had more of an improvement. The patients in the Glucosamine and MicroLactin groups had more severe baseline symptoms.

MicroLactin's Other Benefits:

Interestingly, there have been published clinical trials illustrating the benefit of the active ingredients in MicroLactin in maintaining blood pressure and healthy cholesterol levels. This product is also rich in antibodies, which may play a role in promoting good intestinal health.
